- Woodworking and craft shifts (Tuesday and Thursday 6 – 8)
- Work days doing construction and various projects at villages (Sat and Sun 10 – 2)
- Gardening, village beautification, OM Farm and plant sale preparations
- Building Houses
- Being a woodshop manager
- Being a tiny house build lead
- Helping with volunteer coordination
- Grantwriting
- Being a clerk in our store (Tues & Thurs 6-8, Sat and Sun 10 – 2)
- Assisting with on-line sales (website or filling orders)
- Leading craft sessions
- Administrative assistance
- Communications, social media, website
